Relevant Event is JCT terminology used in the extension-of-time mechanism. The relevant form, edition and amendments identify qualifying events and procedural requirements. An event on the list does not eliminate the need to show its effect on completion, and financial entitlement is considered separately.

Record the event and programme effect together. Extension-of-time evidence preparation can help organise the evidence behind the requested adjustment.
