Payment application

Your claim for payment for a cycle, stating the sum you consider due and how you worked it out.

Further detail

Read this alongside section 110A of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and section 110B of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.

A payment application explains the amount claimed for a payment cycle and its calculation. The contract may specify dates, recipients, format and supporting records. An application may also have a notice function where the applicable mechanism provides for it, but that should not be assumed from its label.

Connect each valuation to measurements and records and preserve proof of submission. Our Subcontract payment assessments service prepares or checks the application against the agreed cycle and contract requirements.
