What it is

We learn how your business works and find the tasks where AI can save your team time, money, effort and stress. We then put the right tools in place securely, train the people who will use them, and keep them maintained and up to date.

It is for the commercial side of construction businesses: quantity surveying, commercial management and claims teams in contractors, subcontractors and consultancies

When to use it

Use it when your team spends hours on repetitive commercial work, such as valuations, applications, correspondence and document review, and you want to know where AI can help and how to use it safely

If what you need is payment recovery or a claim prepared, Bob and George already do that work

How it works

  1. You tell us about your business and how it works

    Tell us what your business does, the size of your team, the software you use and the work that takes the most time

  2. We review your workflows, data and systems

    We talk to the people who do the work, map how it moves through your business and review the data and systems involved, including how client data is protected

  3. We set out the opportunities and a plan

    You receive a ranked list of where AI can help, with the time each could save, the risks and what each needs. You decide what goes ahead.

  4. You choose what to put in place

    You choose the opportunities to take forward. Each one has its own scope and fixed fee, agreed before it starts.

  5. We put it in place and train your team

    We set up the chosen tools and workflows in your accounts, with the data protection controls they need. We write your AI use policy and train the people who will use them.

  6. We keep it maintained and up to date

    On a monthly arrangement, we check the tools keep working, update them when the tools or models change, and review them with you each quarter

Each stage has its own scope and fixed fee, agreed before it starts, and you can stop after any stage. You keep ownership of your accounts, your data and the workflows we set up.

Fee basis

Each stage has a fixed fee, agreed before it starts, based on the size of your business and the work in scope. Maintenance is a monthly fee.

Software subscriptions are paid by you, in your business's name, so the accounts stay yours

FAQs

Do we need technical staff?

No. We set everything up and train the people who will use it.

Do we own what you set up?

Yes. The accounts are in your name, and you own the workflows, instructions and settings we build for you.

Will our data be used to train AI models?

We choose tools and settings that keep your data out of model training wherever the provider allows it, and record each choice in your plan

Is this the same as Bob and George?

No. Bob and George are Quantsurv's own AI agents. AI Consultancy puts AI to work in your own business, in your own systems.
