What it is

Express 24/7 is a set of defined reviews you order online. Each service has a defined scope, a published price and an information checklist.

Jack personally checks the findings and recommendations before your completed work is emailed to you.

When to use it

Use it when your need matches one of the defined services: a review of a proposed subcontract before you sign, a cheat sheet for a signed contract, or a viability review of one claim. Read the requirements before ordering so the work fits the decision you need to make.

How it works

  1. You choose a service and read its requirements

    Each service page sets out its scope, limits, information checklist and price.

  2. You send your project details and documents, then pay

    Complete the order form, provide the documents in the checklist and pay securely through Stripe.

  3. We check your information and confirm the deadline

    We check for missing or unreadable items. We email the exact delivery time, or an itemised list of the information still needed.

  4. We complete the review and email it to you

    Jack personally checks the findings and recommendations before the report is sent. Delivery is within 24 hours of payment and receipt of your complete information, including weekends.

Express 24/7 is designed for online ordering at any time, including weekends. Results are delivered by email.

What you get

Each service produces a PDF for one defined scope: a commercial risk report, a contract cheat sheet or a claim viability report. Its page lists the outputs and limits.

One consolidated clarification round is included within 10 working days of issue. We correct our own errors without charge; additional documents or a changed scope are separate work.

Fee basis

Each service has a fixed total price, shown on its own page. It is a one-off payment made when you order, and it already includes the 24-hour turnaround. No VAT is charged.

FAQs

Does 24/7 mean Jack will reply at any hour?

No. The name describes the ordering and delivery arrangement. It does not promise an immediate response from Jack at any hour.

When does the 24 hours start?

Your deadline is 24 elapsed hours, including weekends, from payment and receipt of all the information in the checklist. A payment receipt or successful upload alone does not confirm that the information is complete. A later review of your files does not restart the clock.

Can I change the brief after ordering?

Changes to the brief or replacement documents after work starts need a separate agreement.
