A subcontract whose terms mirror the main contract, passing its obligations down to you.

Further detail
Back-to-back wording describes an intended relationship between main-contract and subcontract obligations. It does not identify which terms have actually been incorporated or whether the two documents conflict. Deadlines, design duties and exclusions need to be read against the subcontract's own wording.
Obtain every incorporated document before agreeing terms. A Construction contract review before signing can identify obligations that are unclear or difficult to perform.
