Upgrades while drinking-water production continues
The Challenge
Replacing a filter, pump or treatment stage may require a phased shutdown and temporary supply arrangements. Reduced access or an altered sequence can extend temporary plant and specialist attendance.
Our approach
We agree the phased shutdown and temporary-supply assumptions used for pricing, then compare them with actual releases. If a filter or pump replacement must be split into further stages, the assessment identifies the extra setup and temporary plant involved. Those costs are kept separate from changes to the permanent treatment equipment.
