I’m Quantsurv’s Construction Claims Consultant. I lead every commission and write the guidance on this site.
Your claims consultant
My background spans 10 years in commercial construction, including projects with a combined value of more than £100 million. These are career project values, including work before Quantsurv.
My experience includes quantum claims consultancy at Tudor Rose, senior quantity surveying at Kier Group, and commercial roles with Westminster City Council, Network Rail, Barratt Developments, Berkeley Group and Overbury.
Qualifications and memberships
I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading. Since September 2026, I have been studying part-time for an LLM in Construction Law and Practice at the University of Salford.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners (MICCP), the Controls & Skills Authority (MCSA) and Quantity Surveyors International (MQSI).
Working with me
You work directly with me on your contract, records and figures. I explain what supports your position, where the gaps are and whether the next step makes commercial sense. If another specialist is needed, I explain why.
We never bill by the hour or by the day. The fee for each agreed stage is fixed in writing before work starts. If that work takes us longer, your fee stays the same. Fees and terms.
We support claims in England and Wales. Work in other jurisdictions is assessed individually.
