Reed, site supervisor. Events recalled: 7 October 2026 at the Level 1 east access. I arrived at about 07:50 and saw the access door locked. I spoke to the contractor’s supervisor at approximately 08:05. I recall being told that access would be reviewed that morning; I cannot recall the exact words. I moved two installers to the corridor works. My diary D-07 and timesheet TS-07 record four hours each in that area. I have reviewed those records while preparing this recollection. I did not see who locked the door and cannot say why it was locked. The access log may clarify the reason. These are my own recollections and stated uncertainties.
